
Is it possible I have anxiety problems because my brothers beat me up and I was a dork in school?
That is, because growing up it seemed like no one liked me and it was all a competition and the world was just mean.
Had I grown up in a nurturing environment might I have a completely different lens through which I view the world?

1. How can I use this self awareness to reduce my anxiety?
2. How can I use this self awareness to help my own children be better adapted?
